Lakeside Library Zentangle

It's been since the pandemic that I had taught a classroom of interested students.  I had been restricted to Zoom and private classes.

After teaching at the old library in a small, tiny area in main library, it was quite nice to have a community room to spread out and share the Zentangle method.  My first visit to this beautiful new library since they remodeled - was so exciting.

Together, 24 participants gathered to learn about this new meditative art, Zentangle.  I shared the basic class of learning how to apply "tangles" to your art piece and create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns.  Lots of new faces - kids and adult - and even a couple familiar ones from past classes.

Tangles used:  Crescent Moon, Poke Root, Flux, Zander
