Great Saturday morning Zentangle event at this quaint library - Kensington/Normal Heights in San Diego California. Lynn, the Library Manager, enjoys watching the folks smiles as they create Zentangle Art.
Today we learned a new tangle (pattern) called Cyme. This tangle has an organic feel to it looking like petals of a flower. We embellished all the petals and for extra fun, I brought some Gelly Roll Moonlight pens. These pens are neon in color and show up really well on a black tile.

Just a hint of color adds to a tile not to take away from the amazing tangles. The patterns speak for themselves. We also added some shading with a charcoal white pencil.
