TROPICAL SUNDAY

Class at Beverly's Fabric brought an ALOHA SPIRIT with the ZENTANGLE TROPICAL GARDEN.  I almost played my ukulele before class to set the scene.  Maybe next time.  I did wear flowers in my hair, brought lei's to decorate and offered the meaning of Aloha as told to me by a beautiful Hawaiian woman in Hawaii.

The story goes... Aloha is a special word in Hawaii, meaning hello and good bye.  It is an exchange of your soul when you use the word to whom you are talking.  The "Alo" part of aloha is the facial expression to welcome the person, the "ha" part of Aloha is exchanging your energy/breath to that person - giving of yourself.
