Diva challenge #225

With guest blogger Jen Crutchfield, CZT - she  wanted this weeks challenge to focus on color.  My black tile was tangled with Tripoli and Mooka. I used neon gelly roll pens that gave my tile a hint of what deep sea colors must look like.  Ohhhhh ahhhhh.
