Today, the library brought in several mental health presenters. With wellness being a large part of life these days - Zentangle fits in well.
Zentangle is a meditative art form that can improve mood, be calming, as well as a tool to reduce stress, anger management, anxiety, depression and improve mental and physical health. Corporate/office, medical (staff and patients), teachers/students, etc, can all benefit from "tangling".
Zentangle teaches you how to own your mistakes. No rulers, no erasers, no mistakes. Just like in life, if you go the wrong direction, you don't erase your steps, you re-direct.
